Apple Pay

On the iPhone, open the Wallet app, tap the plus sign at the top right and follow the instructions.

Important: You must select Hypothekarbank Lenzburg when making your selection.

Virtual Mastercard Debit ALEA: With Mastercard Debit ALEA, you do not have a physical card and must therefore click on "Add card details manually" at the bottom of the "Scan card" step. You can easily copy the details of your card in our application under "My card" and paste them into the wallet.

Attention: If your Apple Pay activation code does not come by SMS, then open our application and click on the "INBOX" at the top right. The code is also displayed there.

Samsung Pay

The Samsung Wallet app must first be installed in the Google Play Store.

Then open the Wallet app on the Galaxy smartphone, tap the plus sign at the top right and follow the instructions.

On an Android device, search for the Google Pay app in the Google Play Store, download and launch it.

FAQ

How do I order my card?

Register on our website. After confirming your email address, you will have access to the application.
Complete the verification process - Your card will then be ordered automatically.
 
Product ALEA, virtual map
The virtual card will be available to you immediately after successful onboarding.
 
Product PASS, physical card
You can either reorder the physical card in the application or opt directly for the physical card in advance.
The card is usually delivered to your home within ten working days.

When will I receive my card?

After successful onboarding, you will need to make an initial transfer. Subsequently, your non-physical card will be available in the app within five working days. The physical card is usually delivered to your home within ten working days.

How can I check the transactions and balance on my card?

By simply logging in to the app or via the website.

In the app, you can make payments, check your account balance and deposit standing orders.
