How do I order my card?

Register on our website. After confirming your email address, you will have access to the application.
Complete the verification process - Your card will then be ordered automatically.
 
Product ALEA, virtual map
The "virtual card" will be available to you immediately after successful onboarding.

You can reorder the physical card in the application.
The card is usually delivered to your home within ten working days.

When will I receive my card?

How do I activate my card?

Activation is only necessary for the debit card PASS.
 
Click on the "My Card" button in the app.

3. IMPORTANTAfter you have received your card by post, you must insert the card into the terminal and enter the PIN from the application the first time you use it. You will find the PIN under "My card", section "PIN". Then click on "Query".
