Onboarding & Registration
We collect the following data as part of the "onboarding" and registration process:
We need your surname, first name and e-mail address to communicate with you and to enable standard contract processing.
As part of the payment process, an ID-Token is created by us. Payment is made via bank transfer directly to the BrokerInvest AG business account and is confirmed via ID-Token. All data required for processing the payment will be collected and processed exclusively by "BrokerInvest AG".
In order to benefit from our services, it is necessary to open an account with our partner, Hypothekarbank Lenzburg. The personal data required for this is recorded and processed directly by Hypothekarbank Lenzburg. You can find the privacy policy of Hypothekarbank Lenzburg here:

After successful registration and payment, you will receive either a Mastercard Debit Pass or Alea from us. The Mastercard Debit Pass is produced and sent by "exceet Card Group". Hypothekarbank Lenzburg collects your address and sends it directly to "exceet Card Group".
Every customer receives an individually calculated cashback when using our card. This is calculated monthly and paid out immediately to the customer's account.
As long as a contractual relationship exists, we process the necessary personal data. If the contractual relationship is terminated or dissolved, we delete all personal data, subject to statutory retention periods. This also applies in the event that "onboarding" or registration is not completed.
Advantage world
In order to be able to create a customer-oriented world of benefits for you, we ask you to specify your personal interests. You can choose several from the following options: "Food", "Culture", "Finances", "Entertainment", "Leisure", "Family", "Sustainability" and "Sports". The indication of your interests is voluntary. With the selection of the corresponding topics you give your consent to the storage and processing of this information on BrokerInvest's system.
We use your interests to inform you on a topic-specific basis about news such as new partners, products, deals and benefits that you can use as part of our offer. For this purpose, we regularly use a newsletter. For the newsletter dispatch, we use the order processor "Brevo", whose server is located in Germany. Germany ensures adequate data protection. (Art. 6 para. 1 DSG in conjunction with Art. 7 VDSG).
Each newsletter contains a notice on how to unsubscribe from the newsletter. If you unsubscribe from the newsletter, your interest selection on BrokerInvest will be adjusted. If you no longer have any interests selected, your email address will be deleted from the newsletter system.
Referrals
New members can be recruited via the code or link provided in your profile. If this link is activated (clicked), the first and last name of the intermediary are disclosed so that their identity can be verified and abuse can be prevented. Since the intermediary profits from the registration of further members, this disclosure is necessary for reasons of transparency.
Website
We do not collect or process any personal data for the operation of our website. We deliberately refrain from collecting your IP address and do not conduct any analyses on the use of our website.
Data security
For your website visit, we use encrypted data communication based on SSL/TLS in connection with the highest encryption level supported by your browser. You can see whether an individual page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the address bar of your browser.
In addition, we apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures during data processing to protect your data from accidental or intentional manipulation, destruction, partial or complete loss or unauthorised access by third parties.
